Senior Manager Compliance (CMA KSA Licensing)

𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 - 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗖𝗠𝗔 𝗞𝗦𝗔 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴), 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗶 𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗯𝘂 𝗗𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱

Have you led a Capital Market Authority license application in Saudi Arabia from start to finish? If so, we would like to hear from you.

As we grow our KSA practice, we are looking for two experienced compliance professionals to lead CMA licensing mandates for our clients. The successful candidate will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and will work on CMA KSA license applications while supporting our KSA based clients.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
→ Lead CMA KSA license applications end to end, from gap analysis and application preparation through to final approval
→ Act as the main point of contact between clients and the CMA
→ Make sure applications are approved on time, with no rejections or delays
→ Build compliance and AML/CTF frameworks for newly licensed entities
→ Strengthen client relationships and help grow our presence in the KSA market

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
→ Proven experience leading at least one 𝘾𝙈𝘼 𝙆𝙎𝘼 𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 application end to end
→ Fluent Arabic and strong professional English
→ Currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi (or willing to relocate)
→ 6+ years of financial services experience, including direct compliance experience
→ Experience with CMA-regulated entities
→ CME-1, CME-2, CAMS, ICA or CISI qualifications are a strong advantage
