Software Technical Lead (Automotive)

What you will do

• Act as the technical interface between software development teams, system architects, project management, and customers.
• Support technical risk analysis, issue resolution, and root cause investigations.
• Coordinate communication between technical and business areas.
• Contribute to technical reviews, architecture assessments, and product release readiness activities.
• Monitor KPIs and project milestones, report status to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with software quality processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience leading technical teams and coordinating cross-functional engineering activities.
• Knowledge of embedded software development for automotive applications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Jazz, Git, and DOORS.
• Clear communication skills across different organizational levels.
• Advanced English required for interaction with global teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with automotive industry projects.
• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, functional safety, cybersecurity, and AUTOSAR.
