Social Media Content Creator (Graphic Design) (AI)

Location: Home based in the UK; applicants must currently be based in the UK and hold the legal right to work there.

What you will do

• Design LinkedIn content including single-image posts, infographics, carousels, motion graphics, and event promotions.
• Create visual assets for newsletters, blogs, resources, podcasts, campaigns, and the Data and AI Mastery and Inside the Algorithm shows.
• Use generative image and video tools to produce original visuals and apply conventional design when required.
• Help develop a consistent visual language for the hirify.global brand.
• Turn editorial, marketing, and sales briefs into finished work while managing requests, deadlines, approvals, and the content calendar.
• Track post performance and use engagement data to improve future content.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in graphic design.
• Portfolio demonstrating social-first design work.
• Strong working knowledge of Figma and Canva, with experience building in Framer.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including Midjourney, Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, and Nano Banana.
• Understanding of how to generate reach and engagement on LinkedIn and social media, with strong organisation and project-management skills.
• Must be based in the UK and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Motion design or video editing experience.
• Evidence of growing an audience and measurable results.
• Experience designing for B2B audiences.
• Confidence writing short copy for posts and graphics.
• Interest in AI and its impact on work.
