Full-stack Developer (C#/.NET, AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Gdańsk, Poland

What you will do

• Build and run C#/.NET services powering a fleet-management platform, from vehicle telemetry processing to customer-facing functionality.
• Work with Kafka streams, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and analytical queries across hundreds of thousands of tracked assets.
• Build customer-facing AI features and use AI coding tools for writing, reviewing, and understanding code.
• Develop web features with Vue 3 and TypeScript.
• Own changes through code review, GitLab CI/CD, and Kubernetes deployment.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, QAs, and engineers in an agile product environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience with C# and modern .NET.
• Experience building and maintaining REST and gRPC APIs.
• Experience with relational and document databases, including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
• Production experience with event streaming using Kafka or a similar technology.
• Ability to work in a Vue 3 and TypeScript codebase, or experience with React or Angular and willingness to switch.
• Clear communication in both Polish and English; the role is based in Gdańsk, Poland and follows a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience building LLM-based features or products.
• Experience with MCP servers, evaluations, or internal AI developer tooling.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or another search engine at scale.
• Experience with a cloud platform, preferably GCP.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog for logs, metrics, and tracing.
