Manufacturing Project Manager

Location: Full-time onsite position in Nottingham, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Deliver manufacturing and facilities projects across the Nottingham campuses.
• Define project business cases, scope, budgets, and timelines with relevant teams.
• Coordinate Senior Managers, internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and other partners.
• Manage projects covering operational improvement, facility upgrades, capacity uplift, health and safety, and compliance.
• Negotiate prices where required and ensure projects are completed safely, compliantly, and to the agreed standard.
• Identify project needs from discovery through implementation and post-project review.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience delivering projects, ideally in manufacturing or operational environments.
• Experience managing complex relationships with external contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset and an in-depth understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Strong organisation, communication, collaboration, resilience, and decisiveness.
• Availability to work full-time onsite in Nottingham.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software.
• PRINCE2 qualification.
