Senior Product Manager

Location: Sweden; Stockholm preferred. Remote-friendly, with occasional office collaboration in Stockholm.

hirify.global is a women’s health company developing a birth control app and regulated medical device used by millions of people globally.

What you will do

• Own the App Pod roadmap, quarterly planning, dependencies, backlog, releases, and delivery priorities.
• Lead a cross-functional pod of designers, engineers, and testers, including people management as the role grows.
• Shape in-app features from user problem and scope through engineering feasibility, testing, and release.
• Turn device and user health data into clinically grounded features supporting the reproductive health journey.
• Use customer support, user research, product metrics, and deeper analysis to prioritize work and improve retention, satisfaction, and growth.
• Work within an FDA-cleared and CE-marked medical-device environment, including documentation and risk management, while improving product processes and using AI in daily work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in a technology company.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and testers, and aligning partner teams around priorities.
• Experience owning a product roadmap and leading quarterly planning.
• Strong technical understanding of architecture, estimates, and data flows through a product.
• Strong product sense, user focus, quality standards, and comfort using metrics for decisions.
• Based in Sweden; Stockholm preferred. Applications must be submitted in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in femtech, healthcare, or medical devices.
• Experience with regulated environments such as ISO 13485 or FDA requirements.
• Experience with wearable or sensor data.
• Experience leading a large UX restructuring of an app.
• Technical background in engineering, data, or science.
