Field Application Engineer (Thermal/EMI)

What you will do

• Promote thermal interface materials, EMI products, absorbers, inductive components, and related solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical support and design solutions to customers and market stakeholders.
• Attend customer design reviews and present solid-model-based solutions to engineering teams.
• Drive prototypes, tool builds, and initial production builds according to customer timelines.
• Create production documentation with critical dimensions, tolerances, and manufacturing constraints.
• Lead multidisciplinary product development teams and coordinate priorities across multiple programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with thermal interface materials, EMI products, precision metal, or MCP products.
• Field Application Engineer experience with thermal and EMI solutions in the electronics or automotive industry.
• Ability to take products through development and into production.
• Good English and Korean communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Ability to communicate in a third language.
• Experience in telecom, datacom, automotive, industrial, or medical applications.
• 5+ years of electronics design experience across several applications.
• Experience with 3D modeling, thermal analysis, EMI simulation and testing, or finite element analysis.
