TL;DR
Data Engineer (Python/PySpark/SQL): Developing and operating data pipelines and data layers in OneDataLake and the Central Data Store Consumer with an accent on cloud data processing, Data Vault integrations, and production operations. Focus on transforming complex data structures, building managed data preparation processes, and implementing reliable exports and integrations.
Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary. Remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulations.

What you will do
- Develop and operate data pipelines and data layers in OneDataLake and the Central Data Store Consumer.
- Build modern, efficient pipelines in public cloud environments while balancing business and IT requirements.
- Integrate data preparation into managed processes and implement Data Vault integrations.
- Implement data exports and data operations for consumer data use cases.
- Transform complex data structures into required formats and support production troubleshooting.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer working with big data pipelines and data processing.
- Advanced hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Experience with Git version control and CI/CD practices.
- Experience designing, building, operating, and troubleshooting production data pipelines.
- Business-fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Senior-level data engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and familiarity with the Hadoop ecosystem.
- Experience with enterprise data modelling, data exploration, and architecture.
- German language proficiency.
- Experience with Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Bokeh, and Plotly.
