What you will do

  • Manage client deliverables and coordinate with internal departments across multiple jurisdictions to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee client general ledgers, accounting records, and supporting work papers.
  • Review and prepare NAV calculations, audited and unaudited financial statements, partner capital statements, management fee calculations, drawdowns, and distributions.
  • Act as a daily client contact, respond to requests, and prepare materials for client meetings.
  • Coordinate and support external audits and third-party reporting.
  • Contribute to service plans, process development, technology implementation, and operating efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified accounting professional with 8+ years of post-qualification experience; ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA, CA, or similar qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, general ledgers, financial statements, US GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Experience in accounting, preferably private markets accounting, partnership accounting, or fund administration.
  • Knowledge of private markets, NAV calculations, and capital activities.
  • University degree in Accounting, Business, or a related financial discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, client service, organizational, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a private markets fund manager.
  • Experience with private markets funds or fund administration.
