RTR Accountant

What you will do

• Process journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments in line with financial standards.
• Maintain general ledgers and complete reconciliations for business units.
• Execute month-end and quarter-end closing activities accurately and on time.
• Prepare and submit financial results to Corporate Accounting.
• Conduct bank account reconciliations and support selected treasury activities.
• Resolve accounting issues with internal teams and support process improvement and standardization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
• Record to Report or shared service centre accounting experience.
