Finance Manager

What you will do

• Manage a team of 2–3 qualified accountants within the EMEA Controller Team.
• Own financial accounting, monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and profit and loss processes.
• Lead M&A integration, quarter-end reporting, fixed asset accounting, US GAAP lease accounting, and audit clearance.
• Manage statutory audits, corporate income tax returns, tax audits, tax compliance, VAT reporting, and tax authority enquiries.
• Prepare cash flow and balance sheet forecasts, manage cash, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and coordinate with European controllers, corporate accounting, treasury, tax, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA or ACCA certification.
• Preferably 4–5 years of post-qualification experience and leadership experience.
• Fluent English.
• Considerable experience preparing financial statements and good working knowledge of GAAP.
• Ability to meet immovable deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and work effectively in a multicultural matrix structure.

• SAP experience.
• US GAAP and multinational company experience.
• European language skills.
