Supplier Industrial System Engineer (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Shenyang, China; travel required as needed.

What you will do

• Industrialize A220 detail-part and assembly work packages at suppliers according to hirify.global requirements.
• Provide technical and project support throughout supplier industrialization.
• Evaluate supplier manufacturing risks and establish robust industrial systems.
• Assess APQP manufacturing engineering deliverables, including process flow diagrams and PFMEA.
• Coordinate tooling acceptance and industrial deliverables with the A220 program, OMSx, integrators, and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Monitor industrialization status, lead periodic industrial review meetings, report KPIs, and mitigate risks to secure FAI and production ramp-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in aerospace, manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• At least 5 years of direct manufacturing engineering experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Mechanical manufacturing knowledge and strong mechanical engineering understanding.
• Knowledge of CATIA V5, model-based definition, and GD&T.
• Good English, communication, teamwork, APQP, and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to integrity and compliance.
