What you will do

• Coordinate monthly payroll cycles across multiple countries.
• Act as a key contact for external payroll providers and review their work for accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform validations, reconciliations, and quality checks before payroll is finalized.
• Ensure payroll follows local regulations and internal processes, supporting audits with clear documentation.
• Build scalable payroll workflows and documentation as Legora enters new countries.
• Work with HiBob payroll data and partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors; provide backup for the Global Payroll Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls and processes.
• Detail-oriented approach and strong analytical skills.
• Comfort working with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Curiosity, ownership, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
