Analytics Engineer in Data Collection

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

What you will do

• Create and maintain configuration files defining data collected from web pages and APIs.
• Monitor data flows and validate data quality using Grafana and related tools.
• Use AI tools to automate configuration autohealing and reduce alert fatigue.
• Analyze raw data collection processes across mobile and desktop devices and resolve data issues.
• Collaborate with product managers and data team leaders to improve collection and monitoring systems.
• Perform code reviews, answer data-related questions, and evaluate new technologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency with Databricks, Spark, Airflow, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Experience performing complex data analysis with SQL, PySpark, or Python.
• Ability to identify and resolve data issues and provide reliable responses to data-related questions.
• Comfort with taking on challenges and learning new technologies.
• Availability to work in the Prague office 3 days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HTML or JavaScript.
• Experience with AI tools.
