TL;DR
Automation QA Engineer (Java/QA Automation): Designing, building, and maintaining automated testing solutions for critical technology platforms with an accent on API, functional, integration, and performance testing. What you will do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test solutions across multiple platforms and applications.
- Design and execute API, functional, integration, and performance tests.
- Identify, analyze, and report defects while partnering with development teams on timely resolution.
- Contribute to testing strategies, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build quality into the software development lifecycle and support Agile delivery teams.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Java and test automation development.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and strong API testing experience.
- Experience conducting performance testing and quality assessments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and modern engineering practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for quality engineering, automation, and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and modern software delivery practices.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
- Experience working with global and geographically dispersed teams.
