Market Builder (AI)

Location: Remote work from Belgium; candidates must be legally eligible to work from Belgium. Remote flexibility is offered, with an emphasis on in-person collaboration.

hirify.global builds a prevention-focused health insurance product integrating insurance, prevention, and care into one user experience.

What you will do

• Turn enterprise client coverage requirements into product solutions for the Belgian market.
• Assess whether coverage requests should be built with Product, handled through Operations, or reframed for Sales.
• Evaluate technical, operational, member-experience, and product-coherence consequences of different solutions.
• Coordinate delivery with Market engineers and Capability teams while meeting deal deadlines.
• Document decisions and progressively encode routine assessments into an AI agent.
• Expand from coverage into other product areas and identify growth opportunities with Pre-Sales.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a product-related role, ideally involving complex B2B or enterprise deals.
• Strong understanding of how technical, operational, and business systems work together.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and defending well-reasoned decisions under commercial pressure.
• Structured, fact-based decision-making and clear written communication.
• Proven ability to deliver across teams and against deadlines.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch; legal eligibility to work from Belgium required.

Nice to have

• Experience in health insurance or employee benefits.
