TRT Doctor & Operations Associate (Digital Health)

Location: London HQ, United Kingdom; hybrid arrangement with one day per week in the office

What you will do

• Run asynchronous TRT consultations by reviewing medical questionnaires, blood results, and clinical histories.
• Monitor urgent and emergency clinical channels, triage patient queries, and escalate cases when appropriate.
• Prescribe personalised treatment plans, request investigations, and refer patients to other healthcare professionals.
• Provide medicines information and education to patients, prescribers, and clinical staff.
• Lead or contribute to workflow, tooling, SOP, quality, safety, and efficiency improvements.
• Support clinical governance, audits, service development, and collaboration between clinical and non-clinical teams.

Requirements

• Fully qualified medical doctor registered with the GMC and holding a licence to practise in the UK.
• Interest in both clinical care and the operational side of running a digital health service.
• Structured, project-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and measure the impact of improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills and a patient-centred approach informed by clinical and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to work from London with one day per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Experience in private healthcare, commercial environments, digital consulting, or online prescribing.
• Experience in a start-up or scale-up.
• Clinical interests in endocrinology, hormone health, men's health, weight loss, mental health, or lifestyle medicine.
• Experience in men's health or TRT; training and induction are provided.
