Performance Marketing Lead

Location: Remote, with listed locations in the Philippines, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. The role includes the option to work fully remotely from anywhere in the world for one month each year.

What you will do

• Optimize Google Search and other performance campaigns to exceed revenue, customer acquisition, and ROAS targets.
• Analyze campaign, onsite, and audience performance to adjust bids, budgets, keywords, and targeting.
• Launch and optimize campaigns in growth markets, developing original ad creatives and refining conversion strategies.
• Forecast performance, track targets, and identify actionable growth opportunities with ecommerce and sales teams.
• Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and maintain reliable attribution across marketing platforms.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, including campaign setup, management, and reporting.
• In-house performance marketing experience managing at least USD 100,000 in monthly spend.
• Proven success exceeding revenue and customer acquisition goals, not only impression or click targets.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and dynamic dashboards.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, attribution, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to demonstrate ownership, structured thinking, data-driven decision-making, humility, and constructive communication.

Nice to have

• Significant experience with Performance Max campaigns.

Hiring process

• Approximately 30-minute TA screen or one-way video interview.
• Approximately 60-minute technical interview with the hiring manager.
