AI Sales Instructor

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to USD 90 per hour; project scope currently indicated as 10 hours, subject to final confirmation.

What you will do

• Design and deliver live virtual sessions on practical AI applications for sales, including lead qualification, personalized outreach, sales forecasting, and client communication.
• Adapt learning content to insurance and brokerage sales cycles, customer relationships, regional business practices, and Latin American sales teams.
• Demonstrate AI-supported sales workflows through relevant tools, exercises, and real-world case studies.
• Evaluate participant progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Program teams to align the learning experience with client goals.
• Keep the program current with AI tools and trends relevant to sales enablement.

Requirements

• Professional experience in insurance or insurance brokerage, preferably including experience in Chile.
• Professional experience working in Latin America.
• Experience teaching, training, facilitating, or mentoring sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of practical AI applications and tools for sales workflows, including lead qualification, personalized outreach, sales forecasting, and client communication.
• Native-level Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
• Confidence delivering live virtual instruction, with strong communication, facilitation, and participant-feedback skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering corporate or B2B training programs.
• Experience in insurance sales or broker relationship management.
• Experience adapting training materials to a specific client, market, or sales process.
• Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or comparable AI platforms in a sales context.
• Professional experience in Chile or familiarity with the Chilean insurance market.
