Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) / Private Bank Legal Associate/Analyst – Lending Paralegal (Fintech)

What you will do

• Draft, review, and manage loan documents, amendments, consent letters, guaranties, collateral documents, and related lending materials.
• Support transaction execution and closings by collecting documents and tracking deliverables.
• Track legal projects, transaction pipelines, and key milestones.
• Maintain legal templates, playbooks, forms, and guidance materials.
• Partner with attorneys and stakeholders across Legal, Credit, Business, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology.
• Drive document standardization, workflow automation, and operational efficiency initiatives, including the use of AI.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong drafting, document management, attention to detail, judgment, and organizational capabilities.
• Interest in lending products, financial services, legal frameworks, technology, automation, and AI.
• Prior paralegal, legal operations, lending, banking, or financial services experience is preferred; a JD is not required.
• Professionalism, integrity, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
