What you will do

• Transform hirify.global from a social-impact leader into an iconic technology brand.
• Shape brand strategy, creative, design, content, communications, PR, analyst relations, and events.
• Build experiences that bring people together and create lasting impressions.
• Develop a thought leadership platform covering AI, technology, and social impact.
• Raise the creative standard and establish a distinctive body of work.
• Build and lead a high-performing brand organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in brand, creative, or marketing, including VP-level leadership.
• Experience building or transforming global brands at scale.
• Experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to connect brand investment to measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional creative judgment and ability to make complex ideas simple, human, and compelling.
• Fluency with AI and a perspective on its impact on brand and creative work.

• B2B technology experience.
