AI Transformation Lead

Location: Hybrid, based out of the London hub, UK

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers and lead ROI and value-realization initiatives.
• Partner with Fortune 50–100 leadership teams to define AI transformation visions and jobs-to-be-done frameworks.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and help executives move from AI experimentation to an AI-first operating model.
• Analyze surveys and interviews to quantify AI adoption outcomes and P&L impact.
• Orchestrate complex cross-functional programs, customer teams, escalations, risk mitigation, and program updates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and scale transformation best practices through frameworks, decks, and communications.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50–100 companies.
• Proven experience building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
• Strong expertise in change management, strategic thinking, framework development, and translating capabilities into measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including board-level presentations and conflict resolution.
• Professional background in management consulting or strategy advisory.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the London hub.
