What you will do

• Own research projects and pilots end to end, including scoping, guide design, recruitment, fieldwork oversight, and analysis.
• Define participant audiences and screeners, coordinate with recruitment partners and Operations, and monitor recruitment quality.
• Partner with customers and prospects to convert business questions into structured studies on the platform.
• Review and optimize customer-built studies and advise prospects during platform evaluations.
• Lead customer meetings and research readouts, delivering clear and actionable qualitative findings.
• Collaborate with Research, Sales, Account, and Customer Success teams on project strategy and platform improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in research, insights, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Strong hands-on qualitative research experience and the ability to own studies through successful delivery.
• Working knowledge of participant recruitment, including screeners, panels, vendors, incentives, and quality control.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
• Comfort working with ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment; curiosity and coachability.
