  • Alternatively, a master's degree with 5 or more years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with computational research techniques, genomic analysis pipelines, and large-scale dataset management.
  • Experience with tools such as bedtools, samtools, and HiCPro, along with applied high-throughput sequencing analysis.
  • Strong scientific productivity, such as first-author publications or a demonstrable contribution to a major research project.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative research.

Nice to have

  • PhD in computational biology, bioinformatics, systems biology, genetics, genomics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience with chromatin and gene expression analysis, transcription factors, enhancers, genome structure, and transcriptional condensates.
  • Experience with multi-omic integration and creating clear scientific figures in R.

Culture & Benefits

  • Access to high-performance computing clusters, cloud computing resources, visualization tools, and automated analytical pipelines.
  • Mentorship from faculty scientists in data analysis, data management, and delivery of research results.
  • Opportunities to contribute to first-author and high-profile publications.
