Customer Success Representative (Conversational AI)

Brilliant Harvest develops a conversational AI platform for farm equipment dealers, farmers, and contractors, as part of hirify.global.

What you will do

• Support, train, and onboard dealer and farmer users.
• Drive adoption and expansion of the platform within dealership operations.
• Create release notes, video tutorials, training content, and product documentation.
• Deliver product demonstrations and onboarding sessions online and in person.
• Gather field feedback, capture bugs, and collaborate with Product and Sales teams.
• Track usage metrics and develop strategies to increase engagement, retention, and account growth.

Requirements

• Experience with farm equipment dealerships, an agriculture software company, or ag-tech sales and support.
• Understanding of the day-to-day realities of dealers and farmers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable helping non-technical users adopt technology.
• Ability to lead the creation of tutorials, product videos, or documentation with marketing support.
