Senior Product Designer (Identity)

Location: New York, New York, United States; onsite

Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead product design initiatives from discovery and concept development through prototyping, detailed design, and launch.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, frame opportunities, and translate user and business needs into high-quality experiences.
• Use research insights, analytics, and experimentation to identify friction and improve product journeys.
• Design identity and verification experiences that balance usability, privacy, security, and accessibility.
• Evolve shared components, patterns, and standards within the design system.
• Provide feedback in critiques and mentor other designers informally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with complex, multi-step flows or regulated products.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital experiences designed directly by the candidate.
• Strong interaction design, visual design, and systems thinking skills.
• Experience using customer insights to solve complex product problems and turn ambiguity into hirify.global design direction.
• Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering from concept through launch and communicate design decisions hirify.globally.
• Sound judgment in balancing customer needs, business outcomes, technical constraints, privacy, and security.
