Head of Partnerships & Communications (Psychedelic Education)

Location: Portugal / Europe, fully remote across Europe

What you will do

• Identify, pitch, and onboard European psychedelic teachers, researchers, practitioners, and organisations.
• Build strategic partnerships through co-hosted webinars, newsletter exchanges, affiliate and referral programmes, and conference participation.
• Create and manage course launch packs, including landing copy, email sequences, social posts, webinar pages, replays, and partner kits with tracked links.
• Maintain Mirari’s communications across LinkedIn, Instagram, the website, and email campaigns, while managing webinar operations end to end.
• Build and maintain an AI-powered content and workflow automation engine.
• Own weekly reporting and performance metrics covering course announcements, audience growth, webinar registrations, email subscribers, and enrolments.

Requirements

• Existing, verifiable network in the European psychedelic field, including education, therapy, research, harm reduction, integration, or retreats.
• At least 5 years of experience in partnerships, communications, community, or business development, preferably in education, health, or mission-driven organisations.
• Hands-on experience building initiatives from zero and executing writing, outreach calls, webinars, and landing-page improvements.
• Daily proficiency with AI tools for content production, research, writing, and workflow automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and residence in Europe are required.
• Understanding of legal and platform regulations related to psychedelics.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing online courses or cohorts.
• Public speaking or webinar hosting experience.
• Knowledge of Kit, MailerLite, Brevo, or similar email and analytics tools.
• Additional European language.
