Scientist III (Bioanalytical)

Location: Remote role associated with Cranbury, New Jersey, United States; physical requirements include work in office and laboratory environments with exposure to biohazards and chemicals.

What you will do

• Develop, validate, qualify, and troubleshoot bioanalytical methods.
• Analyze samples across biological matrices, including small- and large-molecule samples.
• Deliver high-quality data supporting ADME, pharmacokinetics, biomarkers, and drug discovery and development.
• Write and present clear bioanalytical reports, study documentation, and accomplishments.
• Act as study director, principal investigator, or project coordinator and serve as the primary project contact.
• Supervise or train scientists, review calculations and records, and contribute to SOPs and acceptance guidelines.

Requirements

• PhD with 0–3 years of related experience, a master’s degree with 8+ years, or a bachelor’s degree with 11+ years of related experience, in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Independent experience with LC-MS/MS, ELISA/MSD, PCR, flow cytometry, western blotting, or related bioanalytical platforms.
• Knowledge of bioanalytical methods, guidance, and acceptance criteria for discovery and development stages.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, collaborate in research, and develop new methods.
• Ability to work in laboratory conditions with biohazards, chemicals, PPE, variable temperatures and noise, and prolonged standing, sitting, or walking.
• Compliance with non-GLP guidelines, SOPs, safety policies, and good housekeeping practices.
