What you will do

• Assist with troubleshooting software-related issues.
• Work with support engineers to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Document incidents and solutions.
• Analyze recurring issues and identify improvements.
• Support testing and validation activities.
• Collaborate with development and product teams.

Requirements

• Study Computing, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Return to university after completing the internship.
• Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Have a customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills.
• Be available to work onsite in Dundee, Scotland.
