Software Support Analyst

Location: Meriden, United Kingdom; office-based

What you will do

• Provide first- and second-line support and resolve customer software queries.
• Manage, replicate, document, and escalate software incidents and support tickets.
• Advise customers on product best practices, operational challenges, and solution configuration.
• Test new products and software updates and support releases.
• Provide virtual and occasional onsite user training and support.
• Support product specialists with data management and issue management.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in software support or a similar field; fresh graduates are also considered.
• Previous experience supporting software solutions through first- or second-line queries.
• Ability to manage pressure, work with attention to detail, multitask, and collaborate effectively.
• Interest in software development and support processes.
• Willingness to work from the Meriden office is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Slack, SQL Studio, or Team Foundation Server.
• Exposure to XML/SOAP web services, JSON APIs, or FTP-based system integrations.
