What you will do
- Analyze commercial and financial data to support pricing, margin, and profitability decisions across customer engagements.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for deals, renewals, and ongoing performance.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and finance stakeholders to govern and execute commercial terms.
- Monitor performance against plans, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support deal reviews by assessing financial risk, assumptions, compliance, and internal controls.
- Improve commercial finance processes, tools, reporting, and stakeholder decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, pricing, or a related finance role.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, margins, and cost drivers and translate complex data into practical insights.
- Experience building and interpreting financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
- Experience collaborating across sales, delivery, and finance teams.
- Proficiency with financial analysis and reporting tools, including advanced spreadsheet use.
- Understanding of commercial controls, governance, and financial compliance principles.
Nice to have
- 5–8 years of people management or team-lead experience.
- Experience with customer-facing deals or contracts in a services or technology environment.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash, pricing governance, or deal approval processes.
- Experience with financial performance management or business case development.
- Exposure to global or multi-country business environments.
