Agent Strategist (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Salary: $200K–$290K plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full agent development lifecycle, from initial scoping and conversation design through tooling, evaluation, launch, and production iteration.
• Translate enterprise business goals and high-stakes customer problems into effective AI agents.
• Advise customer executives on AI strategy and define success criteria for agent deployments.
• Run working sessions with customer teams, troubleshoot issues, and drive builds toward launch.
• Partner with product, research, and platform teams to identify unmet needs and shape new agent capabilities.
• Define evaluation and quality standards and use production metrics to improve agent outcomes.

Requirements

• Open to MBA students graduating in spring 2027.
• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production, including agent tooling, evaluation frameworks, RAG, or prompt engineering.
• Strong customer-facing communication and the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical aptitude with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering trade-offs.
• Experience leading multiple complex, high-visibility projects and driving them to measurable outcomes.
• Founder, founding team member, or operator experience, plus a degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
