Senior Program Manager (Business Process Transformation)

Location: Must be based in person in Chicago, IL

Base salary: $154,700–$216,600 USD per year, plus potential equity and commission depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Diagnose ambiguous, high-impact business problems and prioritize opportunities to improve operations.
• Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable business requirements.
• Design scalable sales processes, policies, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Develop recommendations, tradeoff analyses, presentations, and decision-ready materials for executives.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and implementation across Sales, Operations, Enablement, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
• Define success metrics, measure impact, support adoption, and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, business process transformation, business operations, consulting, or a related field.
• Ability to structure ambiguous and complex problems into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and implementing standardized, scalable processes that improve operational efficiency and end-user experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional change from problem framing through implementation and adoption.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital advertising.
• Experience in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
• Familiarity with sales tools, workflow automation, and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Consulting, strategy, or transformation experience, ideally including in-house experience after consulting.
