Audit Manager - Commercial (Accounting)

Location: Hybrid role in Lehigh Valley (Allentown), Pennsylvania; Lancaster, Pennsylvania may also be available.

Salary: $90,000–$134,400 in Lehigh Valley (Allentown), PA; $85,500–$127,600 in Lancaster, PA.

What you will do

• Deliver industry-focused audit, assurance, and consulting services to commercial clients.
• Engage with clients throughout the year to understand business goals and challenges.
• Assess internal controls, identify deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Manage audit fieldwork, engagement staffing, budgets, billing, collections, timelines, and profitability.
• Provide financial statement guidance, business recommendations, and insights based on audit testing and analysis.
• Coach and develop associates and senior team members while building internal and external client relationships.

Requirements

• Four-year degree and CPA certification required.
• At least five years of experience required.
• Strong technical foundation in auditing and accounting.
• Experience leading audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Ability to manage engagement teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Strong software and Microsoft Suite skills; ability to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of public accounting experience.
• Two or more years of supervisory experience coaching and developing associates and seniors.
• Experience auditing commercial clients and interacting with controllers, CFOs, and senior client executives.
