Audit Manager or Director

hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Plan, supervise, and control all phases of assigned audit and assurance engagements.
• Manage engagement timing, staffing, execution, budgets, deadlines, and client communications.
• Lead engagement decisions and keep the Engagement Principal informed of progress, conclusions, and recommendations.
• Evaluate internal controls and audit programs, revising them as needed for approval.
• Develop, train, mentor, and evaluate audit staff through assignments, consultations, and professional development.
• Prepare engagement letters, coordinate client approvals, estimate fees, and lead final client meetings.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 6+ years of public accounting experience focused on financial statement preparation, audits, reviews, and compilations.
• Current CPA license required.
• Advanced technical knowledge of audit, accounting, and tax concepts.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, mentoring, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to provide excellent client service, expand services, and develop new business.
