EHS Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: North Phoenix (Deer Valley), United States; onsite

What you will do

• Apply EHS principles and company policies to moderately complex compliance assignments.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve routine EHS compliance issues.
• Monitor hazardous waste removal and support waste consolidation.
• Participate in workplace incident investigations.
• Deliver training on workplace safety, emergency response, and hazardous materials.
• Support industrial hygiene, ergonomics, life safety, inspections, and audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Chemical, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Working knowledge of industrial hygiene and ergonomic principles.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined procedures and provide EHS training and guidance.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
