Technical Accounts Specialist

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite once a week. Must be legally authorized to work in the US and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, stock options, and a total rewards package.

What you will do

• Manage, triage, assign, and escalate Integration SMS requests, Salesforce tickets, and integration-related issues.
• Configure Validation API and Atom Feed integrations and execute bulk Salesforce uploads using hirify.global Admin, Atom Feed tools, and Django.
• Investigate supply-location trends and support parking operators, PARCS vendors, IT vendors, Sales Operations, and Growth Managers.
• Monitor integration Slack channels and route requests to the appropriate Salesforce queues.
• Maintain accurate ticket ownership, statuses, documentation, and escalation workflows across Technical Accounts operations.
• Identify and document improvements to intake, monitoring, configuration, and operational continuity processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, operations, technical coordination, or a related administrative role.
• Strong organization, prioritization, written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and ownership.
• Comfort working with Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, and Confluence, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Curiosity about systems and technical concepts such as Atom Feed and API connections.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or parking industry.
• Experience with Jira, Sumo Logic, logging and monitoring tools, or similar operational systems.
