TL;DR

Full Stack Engineer (React/JavaScript/Backend): Building end-to-end seller experiences for listing creation, order management, and inventory workflows across the frontend and backend with an accent on responsive interfaces, reliable APIs, and scalable architecture. Focus on delivering features from database to browser, improving client and server performance, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production.

Location: Redwood City, California, United States; hybrid office setup

What you will do

Design, develop, and maintain full stack features for seller listing creation, order management, and inventory workflows.
Build responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
Develop backend services and APIs supporting seller-facing workflows.
Collaborate with engineering, Product, QA, and Design teams to deliver scalable and maintainable features.
Write tested, documented code, participate in code reviews, and improve development tools and workflows.
Troubleshoot frontend and distributed backend issues in production environments.

Requirements

2–4 years of professional full stack software engineering experience, including internships.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, computer science fundamentals, and software design principles.
Proficiency with a modern frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Angular, plus HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
Proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Ruby, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL or NoSQL databases, caching, and message-queue systems.
Experience building responsive web applications and interest in cloud technologies and scalable architectures; a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

Experience contributing to performance, scalability, reliability, or usability improvements.
Experience mentoring interns or new hires.
