Senior Data Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States

Base compensation: $110,000–$140,000 annually, plus a 25% annual bonus target and RSUs

What you will do

• Design and implement structured data models from marketing spend, CRM, clickstream, and loan application event data.
• Build scalable frameworks to monitor the loan application funnel, identify drop-offs, and improve lead-to-funded-loan conversion.
• Write high-performance BigQuery SQL and create Tableau dashboards for CAC, approval rates, origination volume, cohort performance, and funnel velocity.
• Partner with Product and Marketing on A/B test design, execution, and analysis.
• Translate user behavior and analytical findings into automated insights that guide product, growth, and operational decisions.
• Follow security policies, complete required security training, and report suspected security incidents.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Analytics, Marketing Science, or a related data role.
• Advanced SQL skills, preferably with BigQuery, including complex joins and window functions.
• Experience designing structured datasets, star schemas, and dbt models.
• Strong Tableau dashboard development skills.
• Knowledge of survival analysis, causal inference, and statistical significance testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.
