Lead Product Data Analyst

Location: Remote within Brazil; listed cities include São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, and Florianópolis

Salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Analyze marketplace performance, including supply, demand, pricing, service quality, retention, and ETA metrics.
• Run analyses ranging from A/B tests to multivariate models using advanced SQL and Python or R.
• Create and maintain accurate, current reporting systems and dashboards in Lightdash.
• Build clean, documented datasets and transformation models in dbt.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and business stakeholders on prioritization, assessments, and recommendations.
• Improve self-service analytics, documentation, and data literacy across the company.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling and transformation.
• Intermediate Python or R for statistical analysis and analytical deep dives.
• Experience with dbt and analytical datasets or data warehouse layers.
• Ability to work autonomously as a trusted thought partner and connect analysis to business decisions.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for SQL, dbt, analysis, and reporting workflows.
