Data Product Analyst

Location: Remote in Europe, with +/- 3 hours overlap

What you will do

• Partner with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities, define metrics, run experiments, and influence the roadmap.
• Turn ambiguous business and product questions into analysis, insights, and actions that improve company metrics.
• Collaborate with the Head of Data on data architecture, foundations, and long-term strategy.
• Evolve data models, pipelines, instrumentation, and analytics tooling.
• Improve the internal data agent and make data more accessible across the company.
• Help teams use data and AI more autonomously and effectively.

Requirements

• Strong SQL, data modeling, analytics, and modern data tooling skills.
• Product mindset with an ability to understand user behavior and connect analysis to measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and make sound build-or-buy decisions.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration with product, engineering, growth, marketing, and leadership.
• Ability to learn new tools and work across analysis, data foundations, and practical data solutions.
