Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid setup with 3 office days per week

What you will do
- Own the execution and optimization of performance campaigns across Google, Bing, Criteo, YouTube, and LLM-based advertising platforms.
- Manage monthly budgets of up to seven figures, focusing on profitability and contribution-margin performance.
- Partner with the Team Lead Paid Media on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the SEA intern, including capacity and project allocation.
- Drive AI-based automation, bidding setups, testing roadmaps, and incremental channel growth.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Tech on conversion tracking, data quality, product feeds, and performance reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on SEA experience with deep expertise in Google Ads and experience with Bing, Criteo, and YouTube.
- Experience independently managing seven-figure monthly budgets in an e-commerce environment.
- Background in profitability steering, budget planning, internalized bidding, or contribution-margin optimization.
- Strategic and operational excellence, including accurate account structures and data tracking.
- Motivation to lead complex projects and introduce AI and automation features.
- Experience or aptitude for guiding, mentoring, or functionally supervising junior team members.
