Base salary: $70,000–$75,000 USD annually

• Complete the Gradient Development Program training.
• Pursue certifications aligned with the matched career track.
• Translate global business requirements into sound solutions with technical and business leads.
• Develop technology consulting capabilities through structured training, hands-on building, and mentorship.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Management or a similar field, with graduation planned for Spring 2027.
• Programming or scripting experience in any language; Python is preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical skills for solving complex problems.
• Strong organization, prioritization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Must be able to work from the Downtown Chicago office and commit to the Gradient Specialist Program and subsequent career.
