What you will do

Execute purchasing and logistics activities according to hirify.global standards and procedures.
Support purchasing and logistics strategies focused on supplier cost, quality, reliability, delivery, and sustainability.
Design and implement local sourcing plans for products and materials.
Support sourcing strategies aligned with current and future business requirements.
Apply procurement standards, tools, and processes within the assigned area.
Participate in and deliver training programs related to compliance and professional development.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, industrial, or a related engineering field.
At least 2 years of experience in purchasing, planning, NPI buying, or similar roles.
Purchasing experience with knowledge of steel.
Experience contacting and negotiating with suppliers.
Experience with SAP ERP, including MM and PP modules, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft applications.
Advanced English level required.
