• Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide proactive guidance.

• Review audit plans and internal control assessments.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members.
• Support recruiting, client relationship growth, and business development.

• 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• CPA required.
• Experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm is preferred.
