Salary: $90,000–$134,400 in Pittsburgh, PA; $99,000–$147,800 in Philadelphia, PA

What you will do

• Provide audit, assurance, and consulting services to banking clients.
• Build trusted client relationships and understand business goals and challenges throughout the year.
• Plan and manage fieldwork, including testing internal controls and identifying deficiencies.
• Review financial information and provide accounting guidance, business recommendations, and actionable insights.
• Manage engagement staffing, billing, collections, and client profitability targets.
• Mentor and coach associates while contributing to team development and business growth.

Requirements

• Four-year degree; a bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA certification required.
• At least five years of professional experience, preferably in financial statement auditing.
• At least two years of supervisory, mentoring, or counseling experience preferred.
• Experience with banking clients, including public banks, preferred.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship preferred.
