Co-Op, Supply Chain Planning (Biotechnology)

Location: Laval, Canada; hybrid 70/30 model with 70% in-office. Full-time co-op from January to June; availability for the entire program is required.

Salary: $26.60–$29.40 base pay.

What you will do

• Support production planning and scheduling, including planning information, production orders, and short-term manufacturing requirements.
• Perform material availability checks, monitor inventory, and identify potential shortages or supply risks.
• Review master data, monitor Supply Chain KPIs, prepare reports, and analyze planning or execution gaps.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse, Material Planning, and Digital teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and digital planning activities, including dashboards, reporting automation, process documentation, and data visibility.
• Complete a defined improvement project involving current-state assessment, data analysis, solution development, and presentation of results.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and data-handling skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team and learn in a fast-paced, regulated GMP manufacturing environment.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual French and English required.
• Availability for the complete January–June co-op period and the Laval-based 70/30 in-office work model required.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization or analytical tools.
• Exposure to SAP, ERP, or planning systems.
• Previous internship, co-op, academic project, or work experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical or biotechnology, or Supply Chain.
