TL;DR

Sr. Lead, Strategy & Planning (Corporate Strategy/Financial Modeling): Supporting LATAM strategic planning and execution through business analysis, market intelligence, financial modeling, and performance tracking with an accent on growth initiatives, investment evaluation, and executive decision support. Focus on building business cases and financial projections, assessing Mexico’s macroeconomic environment, and preparing strategic recommendations for leadership, CEO reviews, and Board meetings.

Location: TUM - D.F. Del. Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico; hybrid with in-person work at the assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

Support annual strategic planning by aligning regional priorities, cross-functional inputs, and organizational capacity.
Drive execution and governance of LATAM strategic initiatives, tracking progress and business impact.
Monitor KPIs and Run & Grow objectives, providing recommendations for performance improvement.
Develop business cases, feasibility studies, financial models, market sizing, revenue forecasts, P&L scenarios, and investment requirements.
Conduct market, competitive, and macroeconomic analysis for Mexico to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for leadership, quarterly CEO reviews, and Board meetings; support M&A and investment activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking, or private equity environment.
Strong knowledge of corporate strategy, financial modeling, business case development, and market analysis.
Experience with competitive intelligence, industry research, and macroeconomic analysis.
Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership and influence stakeholders through clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least two days per week in the assigned office.
