Systems Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Full-time onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $110,500–$152,000 per year.

What you will do

• Support systems engineering projects combining electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms, and software design.
• Develop system engineering specifications and document requirements within the relevant technical area.
• Plan and coordinate testing while providing feedback to product engineering, physics, algorithms, and software teams.
• Troubleshoot engineering problems involving serviceability and manufacturability.
• Support system integration during assembly and final testing of new product designs.
• Define external equipment interfaces, contribute to system architecture, and ensure designs are reliable, safe, user-friendly, and maintainable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to analyze requirements, define system architectures, integrate subsystems, and identify technical risks.
• Availability for approximately 10% travel.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.
