Staff Solutions Architect (AI Automation)

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and define target architectures, integration patterns, and implementation options for complex employee technology opportunities.
• Design signal flows covering detection, diagnosis, approved remediation, escalation, and outcome recording.
• Define reusable standards for APIs, identity, data handling, observability, testing, rollback, and operational ownership.
• Design predictive support, guided self-service, assisted support, and controlled self-healing use cases with appropriate safeguards.
• Review or prototype advanced Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, and API-based components when architectural risk or reuse requires direct involvement.
• Provide reference designs, decision records, technical guidance, and mentorship while resolving trade-offs with engineering, operations, security, and platform partners.

Requirements

• Significant experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations or automation across multiple teams and platforms.
• Experience guiding architecture from concept through production operation and developing reference architectures without formal line-management authority.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, scripting or software engineering, security controls, reliability, and operational design.
• Ability to explain technical trade-offs and collaborate with engineering, operations, platform, security, architecture, and business stakeholders.
• Ability to assess AI-enabled automation for safety, quality, maintainability, and measurable service value.
• Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow, Nexthink, Moveworks, Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Jira, or Slack.
• Experience with AI-assisted service workflows, cloud services, and enterprise architecture methods.
